Meet the Team 

Dr. Samuel Azab 

​

Dr. Samuel Azab had the dream of being a veterinarian since the age of four. This dream became a reality when he graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Cairo. Since then Dr. Samuel has had many mentors in different areas of the practice of veterinary medicine through which he accumulated a well rounded knowledge of it. Broadway Pet Clinic is the third hospital that Dr. Samuel has managed in So Cal and he is always looking forward to meet you and your pets.

  • 2002 Graduate of Cairo University, Egypt.

  • 2008 Licensed in the State of Virginia

  • 2009 Licensed in the State of California.

  • 2011 Worked in Mission Animal Hospital in Palmdale

  • 2012 worked in and managed Chapman Veterinary Hospital in Orange, CA.

  • 2013 started and managed Pets R Us veterinary Hospital.

  • 2014 started managing and working in Broadway Pet Clinic

 

Chelsey Morales â€‹-

Veterinary Assistant/ Head Receptionist

 

Chelsey began working at Broadway Pet Clinic in April 2015, accomplishing her childhood ambition of working in the animal health care field. She worked her way up from kennel attendant and has since learned all aspects of technician duties, hospital management and customer care.

She has completed the necessary education requirements to sit for the VETERINARY TECHNICIAN NATIONAL EXAM and is planning to take the test this upcoming year to become a RVT.

Vanessa Granera, Lead RVT
Vanessa is Broadway Pet Clinic's lead RVT.
Vanessa knew early on she had a
n interest  in animal health care and after high school, went on to attend Carrington College in Stockton. She moved to San Pedro from the Bay Area in 2018 and has continued to grow and perfect her technical skills and has become an invaluable member of our team!
 

Leah Herold, Tech Assistant 

Leah began working at Broadway Pet Clinic in spring 2022.
She attends Golden West College in Huntington, Ca where she
is finishing up 
her GE requirements.
She has loved this past year, learning

and exploring the field, and has decided to pursue a career 
in animal health care.
